Vehicle and pick-up
Vehicle type, seats including the driver, passengers and luggage, pick-up/drop-off points, service days, daily hours and mileage, fuel, tolls, parking, and who covers the driver’s meals and accommodation.
Rooms and meals
Dates, hotel location and category, room type, people per room, breakfast and other meals. Confirm single-room supplements and child pricing separately.
Tickets and experiences
Attraction tickets, scenic-area transport, cruises and optional activities. Confirm ticket type, dates and any child or concession conditions.
Guide and changes
Guide language, dates and hours, plus arrangements for changes, cancellation and costs already incurred, according to the written agreement.
