CHONGQING · PLAN YOUR TRIP

Chongqing with less walking: stairs, transfers and breaks

Less walking does not mean no walking. Explain the traveller’s usual limits and discuss actual access conditions. Personal fitness to travel is a matter for the traveller and appropriate medical advice.

Explain practical needs

Describe needs, not just age

State comfortable walking time, stairs, wheelchair or walking-stick use, and whether a hotel return may be needed. Age alone cannot establish suitability.

Check the remaining walking

Lifts and scenic vehicles can still leave queues, stairs or walking. Confirm the current entrance and route rather than assuming full accessibility.

Compare routes and transport

City visits

Reduce stops and agree rest points, evening duration and return arrangements. Check hotel entrance and lifts.

Wulong landscapes

Check each attraction’s walking, steps and scenic transport, along with mountain weather. Do not aim to finish every attraction in one day when more rest is needed.

Dazu culture

The Baodingshan reference trip is not a guarantee of flat access. Check the visiting area, explanation service, paths and rest facilities.

Pick-up and changes

Confirm legal stopping points and the distance to entrances. Agree optional stops and change procedures; reserved tickets, rooms and vehicles may incur costs.

Before booking

Is an English- or Korean-speaking guide included?

Availability, dates, hours and additional fees must be confirmed. Driver service is not guide service.

Is this a final quotation?
