Four service modes
Tailor-made
Discuss dates, travellers, interests and pace. Custom planning does not automatically include every service or unlimited changes.
Independent private group
Existing 2–6-person reference arrangements provide vehicle and guide without joining strangers. Hotels and tickets can be discussed; verify actual inclusions.
Shared departure
Travel with other guests. Dates, minimum numbers, meeting points, group composition, flexibility, price and non-operation arrangements must be confirmed.
Compare the same budget scope
Use the correct unit
Car prices are per vehicle/day; private-group ranges are per person. Compare the same dates, days, group size and included items, then total the costs.
Itemise rooms and tickets
Specify nights, rooms, beds, occupancy and breakfast. Attraction admission, scenic transport and optional activities are separate checks.
Agree changes
Confirm new dates, fewer travellers, extra hours/mileage and costs already incurred. Foreign-language guide availability and fees are separate. The four-day Mountain and River Chongqing product has driver service without a guide; request its own quotation.
Before booking
Is an English- or Korean-speaking guide included?
Availability, dates, hours and additional fees must be confirmed. Driver service is not guide service.
Is this a final quotation?
No. Staff must confirm dates, party size, rooms, vehicle, tickets, services and change/cancellation terms in writing.
